Objective 7: Through the time horizon of the plan and through implementation of a Parks and Recreation <br />Master Plan, there will be no decrease in the amount of publicly -owned or publicly -controlled open <br />space within the eCounty. <br />Policy 7.2: Consistent with Policy 5.4 of the Transportation Element, t -The eCounty hereby designates <br />the following roadways as scenic/historic roads: <br />• Jungle Trail (management plan developed) <br />• Fellsmere Grade (management plan drafted) <br />• Quay Dock Road <br />• Old Winter Beach Road <br />• Gifford Dock Road <br />Policy 7.3: Consistent with Policies 5.4 and 5.5 of the Transportation Element.
