Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final <br />August 19, 2025 <br />surplus, and authorize their disposition, as indicated, revise the disposition method for <br />asset 193540 and re -activate asset 29808. <br />Attachments: Excess List for 081925 <br />Approved staffs recommendation <br />9.M. 25-0802 Jason Bourdette Workers Compensation Settlement <br />Recommended Action: The contingent settlement of $215,000 was reviewed by John Titkanich, Kristin <br />Daniels, Chris Hicks, Cynthia Stanton, and Nathan McCollum of the Sheriff's Office. <br />It is recommended that the Board of County Commissioners approve the final <br />settlement of $215,000 to resolve all claims for Mr. Bourdette. <br />Approved staffs recommendation <br />9.N. 25-0759 Waiver of Bids for Replacement of the Access Control System at <br />Courthouse <br />Recommended Action: Staff recommends the Board waive the requirement forbids and authorize the <br />Procurement Division to issue a purchase order to Gearface, LLC, DBA CDA <br />Electronics in the amount of $89,505.65.
