ATTACHMENT A <br />PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE LEVELS <br />The following three tables describe the Preventative Maintenance Services that are available under this <br />Agreement. The services are grouped into three Service Level Groups: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The <br />Customer selects the Service Level Group as part of the Service Option Elections.
