My <br />name is Barbara Jacobowitz and I am the new Executive Director of the Treasure Coast <br />Health Council. Under contract with the Agency for Healthcare Administration, the <br />Health Council has the statutory authority to provide health planning and supportive <br />services to the counties of Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River and Okeechobee. <br />Your representative, Mr. Gerard Koziel, Vice President, of Indian River Memorial <br />Hospital is eligible for re -appointment in accordance with the enclosed Board -adopted <br />Rotation Plan.
