RESOLUTION NO. 2025- 068 <br />3. Although not a land development application, the proposed Road Jurisdiction Transfer <br />Agreement is consistent with the goals, objectives, and policies of the Indian River <br />County Comprehensive Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS as follows: <br />1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby acknowledges and incorporates the <br />recitals set forth in this Resolution. <br />2. The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the Chair to execute the Road <br />Jurisdiction Transfer Agreement for County Road 512 (Sebastian Boulevard), County <br />Road 510 (90th Avenue/85th Street) and County Road 606 (Oslo Road) on its behalf. <br />3. The Board of County Commissioners hereby delegates the responsibility to take any <br />and all necessary administrative actions that may be desirable or necessary to <br />implement the provisions of the Road Jurisdiction Transfer Agreement to the County <br />Administrator, or designee. <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Joseph H. Famm and <br />seconded by Commissioner Josue E. Flescher , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Joseph E.
