BUTLER, CLERK <br />The Union may have a bulletin board in each Emergency Services station for the posting <br />of notices. <br />All materials placed upon the bulletin board by the Union will be on official 1AFF <br />letterhead and signed by the Union President or designee. The Fire Chief or designee shall <br />be furnished with a copy of any material to be posted prior to posting. <br />Under no circumstances shall the Union post any notice containing material of a political <br />nature or material tending to directly or indirectly disparage or demean the County or any <br />of its elected or appointed officials or employees. <br />Material placed upon the bulletin board which fails to comply with, or violates, the <br />foregoing may be immediately removed by the County, and the employee who placed the <br />material may be subject to disciplinary action. <br />E <br />
