BUTLER, CLERK <br />2.01 Pursuant to Chapter 447, Florida Statutes, the County recognizes the Union as the <br />exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of the County in the following classifications: <br />Firefighter EMT, Driver/Engineer, Training Officer, Fire Investigator, Captain, EMS Field <br />Supervisor, Rescue Sergeant, Fire -Medic, Paramedic I, Captain Fire Investigator (both <br />civilian and sworn), Captain Fire Inspector (both civilian and sworn, Lieutenant Fire <br />Inspector (both civilian <br />and sworn), Fire <br />Inspector (both civilian <br />and sworn), <br />Fire <br />Administrative/Training <br />Captain, Fire <br />Administrative/Training <br />Lieutenant, <br />Fire <br />Administrative/Training Officer, EMS Administrative/Training Captain, Fire Captain, and <br />Fire Lieutenant. <br />The Union and the County reserve the right to file with P.E.R.C. for a clarification of the <br />bargaining unit at any time. Further, the parties agree to file a joint UC Petition to clarify <br />the unit as reflected in 2.01 above. <br />2 <br />
