A Truz-: rOPY <br />T!0N ON 1-1.0-T PAGE <br />ATTACHMENT F BUTLER, CLL-cK <br />WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS <br />Financial Management <br />The Sub -Recipient's financial management system shall comply with 2 C.F.R. § 200.302. <br />Procurements <br />Any procurement undertaken with funds authorized by this Agreement shall comply with the <br />requirements of 2 C.F.R. § 200, Part D—Post Federal Award Requirements—Procurement Standards (2 <br />C.F.R. §§ 200.318 through 200.327). <br />Business Hours <br />The Sub -Recipient shall have its offices open for business, with the entrance door open to the <br />public, and at least one employee on site, from: <br />Monday -Friday 8:30am-5:OOpm <br />Licensing and Permitting <br />All subcontractors or employees hired by the Sub -Recipient shall have all current licenses and <br />permits required for the particular work for which they are hired by the Sub -Recipient. <br />64 <br />
