Statutory Reference. Section 339.08, F.S. and Section 381.00316, F.S. <br />2. Statutory Compliance. Pursuant to Section 339.08, F.S., the Department may not expend state funds <br />to support a project or program of certain entities if the entity is found to be in violation of Section <br />381.00316, F.S. The Department shall withhold state funds until the entity is found to be in compliance with <br />Section 381.00316, F.S. This shall apply to any of the following entities: <br />a. A public transit provider as defined in s. 341.031 (1), F.S.; <br />b. An authority created pursuant to chapter 343, F.S., chapter 348, F.S., or chapter 349, F.S.; c. A <br />public -use airport as defined in s. 332.004, F.S.; or <br />d. A port listed in s. 311.09(1), F.S. <br />- End of Exhibit E1 - <br />Page 25 of 31 <br />
