Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 23, 2025 <br />Applicants <br />Helene M. Caseltine <br />Steve Devos <br />Edward L. Dillard <br />Jacob Fojtik <br />Lalita Janke <br />Kyle C. Laramie <br />Frederick D. Steel <br />Chairman Flescher nominated Jacob Fojtik for the position. Commissioner Earman <br />and Attorney Shuler discussed the lack of a standing rule regarding any person serving <br />on two Committees. Commissioner Adams noted the EDC did not meet very often <br />and it could use a person with agricultural experience to contribute to an ongoing <br />Economic Development Study. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Earman, seconded by Commissioner <br />Adams, to approve Jacob Fojtik as the Local Agricultural Industry Representative <br />on the Economic Development Council. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5- Chairman Flescher, Vice Chairman Loar, Commissioner Adams, Commissioner <br />Earman, and Commissioner Moss <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL (EDC) - 4 -year term <br />Vacancies <br />Member At Large <br />Applicants <br />Helene M.
