Exhibit A <br />Task 3.6 - Support on Board of Commissioners Meeting <br />VARCADIS <br />Arcadis will assist IRCDUS in preparing a presentation on the results of the Americas Water Infrastructure Act <br />(AWIA) project, focusing on the Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and the Emergency Response Plan <br />(ERP), for the Board of Commissioners Meeting. Additionally, two Arcadis staff will attend two (2) in-person Board <br />of Commissioners Meetings, as requested by IRCDUS, to present the results and address any audience <br />questions. <br />Meetings <br />• Two (2) Board of Commissioners Meeting <br />Deliverables: <br />• Two (2) Power Point Presentations <br />• Two (2) Board of Commissioners meeting attendance by two (2) person at each meeting <br />Schedule <br />Arcadis will commence upon receipt of notice to proceed (NTP). Submittals will be made in accordance with the <br />project schedule provided below. All work will be billed on a <br />lump sum basis. Invoices will be submitted monthly, based on progress of work. The amended budget for the project <br />totals $484,836.18. <br />
