On November 5, 2024, the Board approved the First Extension to the <br />Agreement. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The first renewal term of this agreement will end on November 20, 2025. Staff is requesting an extension to the <br />agreement for the second one-year renewal period, with an amendment about the termination language to <br />address penalties for breach after a disaster, as required by recent change to statute. <br />BUDGETARY IMPACT <br />Funding for work orders under the agreements will vary, based on project.
