Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final September 9, 2025 Chairman Flescher recognized Melissa Meisenberg for receiving the Lagoon Champion Award from the Clean Water Coalition (CWC), acknowledging her dedicated work and the significant impact of her contributions to lagoon restoration.
