Lieske, Director of Utility Services <br />Appointment of Interim Designees to Execu Utilities -Related Documents <br />Pursuant to the authority delegated to me per Resolution No. 2015-049, in my absence, I appoint Richard Meckes, Assistant <br />Director, as interim designee for purposes of signing certain utilities -related documents outlined in said Resolutions. I also <br />appoint Richard Meckes as interim designee for purposes of signing all invoices over $10,000.00 and any other financial <br />matters relating to the Department of Utility Services and the Solid Waste Disposal District. For purposes of signing all non- <br />financial documents relating to the Department of Utility Services and the Solid Waste Disposal District, I also appoint Rich <br />as interim designee.
