E. <br />21 November 2025 <br />Page 8 <br />Following the collection of the in -field data, Geosyntec will perform data interpretation and <br />modeling including: <br />• summarizing field data into spreadsheets and tables; <br />• develop a 3D data visualization figure that provides an illustrative depiction of methane and <br />oxygen content at each wellhead and interpreted distribution across the landfill, methane <br />distribution, in -landfill liquid levels, and well locations with screen intervals (as possible); <br />and <br />• submission of a brief memo summarizing the data, presenting the 3D visualization model, <br />data tables, and preliminary recommendations regarding current GCCS operation and short to <br />mid-term enhancements to improve gas quality and quantity. <br />Following submission of the memo, Geosyntec will schedule a meeting, via Teams, to review the <br />memo with Nopetro and SWDD. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss the results of the <br />field assessment; project objectives; development of a prioritized list of repairs, upgrades, or other <br />recommendations; and development of forward-looking goals pertaining to the GCCS design. <br />Phase 7: Future Wellfield Expansion Evaluation <br />Geosyntec will provide an evaluation of the permitted Segment 3 expansion GCCS system that <br />has not yet been installed for Cells 2 thru Cell 8. This would include analyzing the individual <br />influence areas and checking if further densification of the well network is needed for the proposed <br />system for Segment 3. <br />Phase 8: Miscellaneous Engineering Support Services <br />This phase is intended to cover the general engineering/consulting services surrounding <br />supplementary tasks involving the various SWDD projects and needs not covered under a specific <br />Phase above. These activities may include, but are not limited to, effort involved with collaboration <br />on behalf of IRC SWDD with Nopetro or SCS, consulting services involving the new infrastructure <br />at the landfill, and analysis/redesign of existing systems.. <br />NCP2525235\IRC Partial Closure & GCCS Evaluation <br />engineers I scientists I innovators <br />
