The <br />Department will terminate a contract immediately if Contractor is found to be in violation of the law or the <br />attestation in PUR 1808. <br />15. Financial Assistance and Payment of Invoices to Rural Communities or Rural Areas of Opportunity <br />This agreement does not provide federal or state financial assistance to a county or municipality that is a rural <br />community or rural area of opportunity as those terms are defined in s. 288.0656(2). <br />16.
