SUTLER, CLERK <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025 -_079 <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />RELEASING THE SURFACE DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON <br />4520, 4540, AND 4560 77th STREET <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a surface drainage easement located on <br />4520, 4540, and 4560 77`h Street (LOT 6, 7, and 8 OF THE HOBART ESTATES UNIT NO. 1 <br />SUBDVISION; AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY); and <br />WHEREAS, Chris Pinson and Brian Stant, owners of Lot 7 and Lot 8, and Brian and Karen <br />Stant, owners of Lot 6, Hobart Estates, have made application to Indian River County requesting <br />that the County release the 25 -foot -wide surface drainage easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and <br />interest that it may have in the following described easement(s): <br />To release the entire 25 -foot -wide surface drainage easement that runs along the rear (north) <br />portion of lots 6, 7, and 8 of the Hobart Estates subdivision, less and except any portion of the <br />6 -foot utility easement located on the western portion of lot 8 as shown on the recorded plat. <br />SEE SKETCH AND LEGAL DESCRIPTION ATTR CHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A " <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded <br />by Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 9 th day of December , 2025, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Deryl Loar AYE <br />Vice -Chairman Laura Moss AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph H.
