Applicant may use and have access to the Premises for a period, commencing at 4:OOPM on the <br />9th day of October and ending at 4:OOPM on the 10th day of October, ("License Duration"), which <br />License Duration shall include Event set-up, removal, and clean-up. Where the Applicant requires <br />usage after the stipulated time, Applicant is required to pay additional charges including but not <br />limited to standard hourly/daily rates and any overage fees as set forth in the iG Fee Schedule <br />attached as Exhibit B ("Fee Schedule"). <br />B. AUTHORIZED USE, TERMS & CONDITIONS: <br />1. The Premises are to be used by Applicant for the Region 21 Black Belt Testing & Fall Event. <br />(a) The Event may include the following activities: <br />Testing for Black Belt candidates and Karate seminar, including training classes, light <br />competition, and board breaking. <br />(b) The hours of the Event shall be October 9, 2026: 5:00 PM — 8:00 PM <br />October 10, 2026: 9:00 AM — 3:00 PM <br />(c) The Event shall be used for no other purpose whatsoever, unless prior written approval is <br />requested in writing by Applicant and given by the County which approval shall be subject <br />to availability but not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed so long as such <br />request is submitted at least 90 days prior to the beginning of the License Duration.
