(2) In the event of conflict between this section and the building and safety codes of the county, the <br />provisions of the building and safety codes shall prevail to the extent of such conflict. <br />(3) Pursuant to section 915.15, waivers to various land development regulations may be approved by the <br />board of county commissioners. In addition, the board may impose on planned development project <br />approvals such other conditions or restrictions which the board feels necessary, notwithstanding that <br />such restrictions or conditions may not be expressly provided for in the county's land development <br />regulations. <br />(4) Construction of structures, including homes, may commence prior to the issuance of a certificate of <br />completion for the planned development, or applicable planned development phase, once all items <br />identified in Sections 972.08(i)(1)a. through 972.08(i)(1)c. have been installed, inspected, and approved <br />for temporary use by appropriate county staff. <br />(Ord. Uses allowed. <br />(1) Projects within P.D. zoning districts shall comply with the uses allowed in the underlying comprehensive plan <br />land use designation(s) and as allowed in sections 915.11-915.15 of this chapter. <br />(2) Planned development projects within any zoning district(s) other than a planned development zoning district <br />shall comply with the uses allowed in the underlying comprehensive land use plan designations) and the <br />underlying zoning district(s) regulations with the following modifications. <br />(A) In the agricultural and single-family residential districts, dwellings may be attached as provided for in <br />section 915.13. <br />1. Special restrictions apply to residential development within agriculturally designated areas. These <br />restrictions are found in section 915.13. <br />(B) In the agricultural and residential districts, certain restricted commercial uses may be allowed as <br />provided for in section 915.12. <br />(C) In the residential districts, certain restricted agricultural uses may be allowed as provided for in section <br />915.14. <br />(Ord. Planned development project area. <br />The planned development area is the area covered by an approved planned development conceptual plan. <br />(1) The project area may be reduced, reconfigured, or expanded by approval of a new or modified planned <br />development conceptual plan. Said new or modified planned development conceptual plan shall be <br />approved pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. <br />(2) A planned development project area may be reduced or otherwise modified by division of the original <br />project area into other separate project areas by approval of a new or modified planned development <br />conceptual plan. Said new or modified planned development conceptual plan shall be approved <br />pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. <br />(Ord.
