(1) General water, sewer, irrigation and fire suppression and protection system layout; <br />(m) Signed and sealed survey of the project site; <br />(n) Existing and proposed road right-of-way conditions; <br />(o) Description of the proposed or existing maintenance entity and program covering all common <br />areas, facilities and improvements. Designations for all improvements, facilities, and areas as <br />public or private; <br />(p) Vicinity map, showing the land area within three quarters (%) of a mile of the project area. <br />(q) Two (2) aerials at a scale not greater than one (1) inch equals one hundred (100) feet, each with <br />an overlay showing: <br />1. Project area boundary; <br />2. Proposed roadway and pedestrian system layout; <br />3. Proposed areas of development (impervious surfaces); <br />4. Proposed open space and preservation areas; <br />5. Proposed buffer areas; and <br />6. Proposed stormwater management tracts and easements; <br />(r) A concurrency certificate or evidence of application for a certificate; <br />(s) General stormwater management design, and a signed and sealed letter from a professional <br />engineer certifying that the conceptual stormwater management plan will be able to meet all <br />applicable stormwater management and flood protection criteria of Chapter 930, Stormwater <br />Management. <br />(t) Additional submittal requirements may be required by staff at the formal pre -application <br />conference based upon concerns and issues particular to the site, surrounding area, or proposed <br />use(s). <br />The community development director or his designee shall determine whether or not an application is <br />complete and can be routed for interdepartmental review. No incomplete application shall be routed <br />for review. <br />(Ord. No. 2012-021, § 1, 7-10-12) <br />Section 915.25. Preliminary planned development plan submittal requirements. <br />The preliminary planned development plan submittal requirements are the same as the major site plan <br />requirements contained in Chapter 913 and the preliminary plat requirements contained in Chapter 914. <br />(1) In addition to the above requirements, preliminary planned development plan applications shall <br />contain the following: <br />(A) One (1) updated conceptual plan sheet with each preliminary plan set; <br />(B) Tabulations showing for the subject phase along with all previously approved preliminary plan <br />phases showing the following: <br />1.
