Parcels with frontage on two roads with differing functional classifications shall <br />only have a driveway to the road with the lower functional classification. In <br />situations where the lower functional classification road is a "Limited Use Right -of - <br />Way", a driveway shall be permitted to both roads. <br />d. Design and construction shall comply with current Standard Details as applicable. <br />The above requirements apply to construction within IRC rights-of-way only. <br />5. Policy Term: <br />This policy rescinds and nullifies all previous policies regarding residential driveway <br />locations within the public rights -of way both written and intended. <br />This policy shall become effective upon Board approval and shall remain in effect until the <br />Board of County Commissioners revokes or modifies. <br />Presented to and approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January 13, 2026 <br />
