b. IRC Public Works shall provide the applicant with the direction of flow only. It shall <br />be the responsibility of the applicant to determine the necessary inverts and set the <br />culvert accordingly. <br />c. IRC Public Works final inspection shall verify direction of flow per the approved <br />permit. <br />d. Design and construction shall comply with current Standard Details as applicable. <br />The above requirements apply to construction within IRC rights-of-way only. <br />5. Policy Term: <br />This policy rescinds and nullifies all previous policies regarding IRC Public Works staff <br />performing the Stake & Grade (Code 801) inspections for residential driveways within the <br />public rights -of way both written and intended. <br />This policy shall become effective upon Board approval and shall remain in effect until the <br />Board of County Commissioners revokes or modifies. <br />Presented to and approved by the Board of County Commissioners on January 13, 2026 <br />
