THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE ENTRANCE WITHIN THE RIGHT—OF—WAY SHALL BE PAVED OR MILLINGS: <br />a. 2" OF SP 12.5 <br />b. 6" OF SUBGRADE COMPACTED TO 98% MAXIMUM DRY DENSITY PER AASHTO T-180 <br />c. A 12"X12" THICKENED EDGE IS REQUIRED <br />OR <br />d. 12" OF ROADWAY MILLINGS PLACED IN TWO 6" LIFTS <br />6.
