PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />5.A. 25-1014 Presentation Honoring the 2025-2026 Indian River County Fire Rescue <br />Lieutenant, Sergeant, Engineer, Firemedic, Inspector and Unit of the Year <br />Recommended action: Recommend Read & Present. <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Commissioner Earman honored the 2025-2026 Indian River County Fire Rescue <br />Lieutenant, Sergeant, Engineer, Fire Medic, Inspector, and Unit of the year: <br />Fire Medic: Luis Bustamante <br />Rescue Sergeant: Allison Baird <br />Engineer: Nicole Morns <br />Lieutenant: Jason Judson <br />Unit: Fire Rescue: Christopher Matherly, Justin Gonzalez, and Julian Catalano <br />Inspector: Alex Norat <br />Director of Emergency Services Chief David Johnson acknowledged and thanked the <br />Board for recognizing the Annual Award Winners, who were chosen for their <br />exemplary service and dedication to the department's mission.
