Board of County Commissioners Meeting Minutes - Final November 4, 2025 <br />18. ADJOURNMENT <br />Chairman Flescher responded that, given the situation in Tallahassee and their recent <br />actions, the Board's ability to exercise Home Rule was now restricted, preventing the <br />Board from imposing more restrictive covenants. <br />There being no further business, the Chairman adjourned the meeting at 12:29 pm. <br />Indian River County, Florida Page 16 <br />
