SECTION 2. DURATION, TERMINATION, AND MODIFICATION. <br />(a) This Agreement is for two (2) years, and will automatically renew every two (2) years <br />unless either party provides 60 days written notice of their intent to terminate this Agreement. <br />(b) This Agreement shall be in effect from the date it is fully executed. This Agreement <br />may be terminated at any time by the City or County for convenience of either party upon thirty <br />(30) days written notice. <br />(c) This Agreement may be modified at any time by the mutual consent of the parties and <br />in the same manner as its original adoption. <br />ROAD MAINTENANCE PROVISIONS <br />SECTION 3.
