r ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved the Amendment to Option Agreement with Henry A. Fischer and authorized the Chairman to execute same, as recommended by staff. AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD Later in the meeting, Assistant County Attorney Terry O'Brien asked the Board to reconsider this item as to the additional matter of granting Dr. Fischer an access easement over property being donated by him to the County. Attorney Warren Dill, representing Dr. Fischer, explained that on the west side of Sebastian River Dr. Fischer is deeding a 1.5 acre parcel of undeveloped property to the County and is requesting a 60 foot access easement to the balance of his property. The requested easement is actually an extension of CR -510. ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by Commissioner Eggert, the Board unanimously authorized staff to prepare the deed and authorized the Chairman to execute same.
