<br />The Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of November 26, 1996 approved the
<br />advertising of the TEFRA (Tax Equity Fiscal Responsibility Act) and holding a public hearing to
<br />consider a resolution authorizing X L Vision, Inc. to issue 55,000,000 in "tax exempt" industrial
<br />revenue bonds to expand their manufacturing facility.
<br />A copy of the proposed resolution is attached.
