"Sonny" Dean, Director, -.04 <br />Department of General Servic <br />Doug Wright, Director <br />Department of Emergency Services <br />Subject: Fiber Optic Cable Installation Contract - Final Payment <br />BACKGROUND: <br />ALLCOMM Networks, Inc. Contractor for installation of fiber optic cable to connect the 800 UM radio <br />network has completed his work Results of tests conducted on the installed cable are well within <br />specifications. The contractor has met all terms of his contract and is entitled to full payment of all the <br />remaining funds.
