Sanitary Survey Monitoring <br />This quarterly requirement is a program designed to <br />identify potential problems before becoming crisis <br />situations. Also, it <br />provides information <br />relative to the effectiveness of our environmental <br />operations. <br />II. WATER QUALITY MANAGEMENT <br />A. Drinking Water Quality <br />1• The operations permit, which is based on Chapter <br />62.500.300 of the Florida Administrative Code, <br />requires the permittee to submit regular periodical <br />chemical analysis results to the FDEP. <br />• Primary and secondary contaminants results <br />must be submitted quarterly. <br />• Pesticide and PCB reports must be submitted <br />annually. <br />• Microbiological reports must be submitted <br />monthly. <br />• Unregulated contaminants must be submitted <br />every 3 years for Group II, and quarterly for <br />Group I. <br />• Radio-nucleatides, quarterly, then every 3 <br />years thereafter. <br />• Lead and Copper, semi-annually. <br />• Nitrates and Nitrites, annually. <br />• Inorganic contaminants, every 3 years. <br />• and, Volatile organic contaminants, <br />quarterly. <br />2• Completion and submittal of the EPA's NPDES permit <br />report is a quarterly requirement. <br />31 <br />FEBRUARY 3, 1997 PSC"K �.Uv Fnt q ; 7 <br />
