Here is an example of an area which was determined to have a water <br />distribution system constructed through an inter -local agreement between the <br />County and the City of Sebastian. This came about as a result of the sale of the <br />utility system to Indian River County. <br />All three phases are scheduled to be complete by the end of the year 2000. <br />This particular area is estimated to comprise the majority of development in <br />the County in the near future. <br />TRC Review <br />- The Sanctuary <br />— Development is submitted to TRC for review 0 <br />— Water and sewer demands require connection <br />to County system <br />— Lack of existing water and sewer transmission <br />mains in vicinity of project require off site <br />improvements by developer <br />Here is an example of a typical project reviewed by TRC <br />(See the connection matrix visual aid and relate it with the site plan submittal) <br />This particular project is a residential development for 109 single-family <br />homes.
