<br />RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is c/o Community Development Department, 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida
<br />32960 (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee').
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />THAT the Grantor. for and in consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
<br />other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
<br />acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell. alien. remise. release, convey and
<br />confirm unto the Grantee. AN UNDIVIDED ONE-HALF INTEREST IN AND TO. all of those
<br />lands lying and being situate in the County of Indian River. State of Florida. legally described
<br />on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference thereto.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all the tenements, hereditaments, easements and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, including specifically. but not by way of
<br />limitation, all riparian and littoral rights.
<br />AND TOGETHER WITH all improvements, if any. located on said lands,
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever; subject, however. to to all
<br />casements. restrictions and reservations of record. if any; provided, however. that this reference
<br />to such easements, restrictions and reservations shall not operate to reimpose the same,
<br />AND THE GRANTOR, not individually, but solely in his capacity as Trustee, as
<br />aforesaid, does hereby covenant with and warrant to the Grantee that the Grantor has good right
