Is Request for Final Plat Approval <br />for Windsor Beachside Plat 12 <br />It is requested that the data herein presented be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at its regular <br />meeting of February 4, 1997. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On November 21, 1996 the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />the proposed preliminary plat for Windsor Beachside Block 29, now <br />identified as Windsor Beachside Plat 12. The subject site is <br />located within the Windsor PRD project, and lies between SR A -1-A <br />and the Atlantic Ocean. The approved preliminary plat provides for <br />5 lots and a shared vehicular access area. The submitted final <br />plat is consistent with the approved overall conceptual PRD plan <br />for the Windsor project and the recently approved preliminary plat. <br />The applicant has now submitted for final plat approval for the <br />subdivision, Windsor Beachside Plat 12. <br />ANALYSIS: <br />The owner's agent, Knight, McGuire & Associates, Inc., is <br />requesting final plat approval and has submitted the following: <br />1. A final plat in conformance with the approved preliminary PRD <br />plat; <br />2. A completed Contract for Construction of Remaining Required <br />Improvements; <br />3. An engineer's Certified Cost Estimate for the remaining <br />required improvements; and <br />4.
