<br />Commissioner Tippin, the Board unanimously adopted
<br />Resolution 97-017 abandoning a portion of a rear
<br />easement on Lot 10, Vero Glen Subdivision, according
<br />to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12,
<br />Page 30 of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County.
<br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-17
<br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABANDONING
<br />A PORTION OF A REAR EASEMENT ON LOT 10, VERO GLEN SUBDIVISION,
<br />ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12,
<br />PAGE 30 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY
<br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an easement as described
<br />below, and
<br />WHEREAS, the retention of a portion of the easement serves no
<br />public purpose,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE RESOLVED by the Board of County
<br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida that:
<br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County,
<br />a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose mailing
<br />address is 1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantor,
<br />to Joan M. Kearney, successors in interest, heirs and assigns,
<br />whose mailing address is 2282 Seville Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida
<br />32960, Grantee, as follows:
<br />Indian River County does hereby abandon all right, title, and
<br />interest that it may have in the following described easements:
<br />a 22.80 square foot portion of the rear lot 20 foot utility and
<br />drainage a-asement of Lot 10, Vero Glen Subdivision, more
<br />particularly described as follows: commence at the Northeast corner
<br />of Lot 10, Vero Glen, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book
<br />12, Page 30 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />and run West 20 feet to a point lying in the West line of a 20 -foot
<br />wide Public Utility and Drainage Easement. Then run S. 0 deg. 08
<br />min. 56 sec. E., along the West line, a distance of 43.84 feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING. Then run East a distance of 2 feet to a
<br />point. Then run S. 0 deg. 08 min. 56 sec. E. a distance of 11.40
<br />feet to a point. Then run W a distanceof 2 feet to a point in the
<br />West line of said easement. Then run N. 0 deg. 08 min. 56 sec. W. a
<br />distance of 11.40 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Lying in Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
