Macht Aye <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: <br />ATTEST BY: <br />Acknowledgment by the Department o State of the tate of Florida <br />this day of 1997. <br />Acknowledgment from the Department of State received on this <br />day of , 1997, at A.M./P.M. and filed in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 97-006 amending the zoning ordinance and <br />the accompanying zoning map from A-1 to CG, for the <br />property located at the Northwest corner of the <br />intersection of 58th Avenue and the Main Relief <br />Canal and described herein, and providing for <br />effective date. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97- 06 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM A-1 TO <br />CG, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE <br />INTERSECTION OF 58TH AVENUE AND THE MAIN RELIEF CANAL AND <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />MARCH 18, 1997 39 BOOK 100 PAGE 912 <br />
