Macht Aye <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNT); <br />BY: <br />ATTEST BY: \ .j 1 <br />on, Cl,gr)� <br />Acknowledgment by the Department 4 State of the ate of <br />pp Florida <br />this day of , 1997. <br />Acknowledgment from the Department of State received on this <br />day of , 1997, at A.M./P.M. and filed in <br />the of f ice of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Ginn, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Ordinance 97-011 amending the zoning ordinance and <br />the accompanying zoning map from A-1 to RMH-8 for <br />the property located on the North side of 26th <br />Street, approximately 1/4 mile East of 74th Avenue <br />and described herein, and providing for effective <br />date. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97-11 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE AND THE ACCOMPANYING ZONING MAP FROM A-1 TO <br />RMH-8, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 26TH <br />STREET, APPROXIMATELY 1/4 MILE EAST OF 74TH AVENUE, AND <br />DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission, sitting as the <br />local planning agency on such matters, has held a public hearing <br />and subsequently made a recommendation regarding this rezoning <br />request; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that <br />this rezoning is in conformance with the Comprehensive Plan of <br />-Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request; at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />THE WEST 30.34 ACRES OF TRACT 14, INDIAN RIVER FARMS COMPANY <br />SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 25, ST.
