Indian River Farms Water Control District - Right -of -Way Permit and <br />Interlocal Agreements - Renewals <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of March 20, 1997: <br />DATE: March 20, 1997 <br />TO: JAMES E. M <br />AND STAFFED CAPITAL P ENGINEER <br />BY: DEPAR OF ILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: INDIAN RIVER FARMS R/W LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL <br />BACKGROUND and ANALYSIS <br />As a result of County Utilities installations within Indian River <br />Farms' right-of-way, the County must sign a lease and agreement <br />on an annual basis. The total cost of the combined leases are <br />$11,918.52. This fee is calculated based on $1,200.00, per mile <br />of utilized right-of-way.
