M M <br />Tuesday, April 8, 1997 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of -Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session in County Commission Chambers, 1840 <br />25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, April 8, 1997, at <br />9:00 a.m. Present were Carolyn R. Eggert, Chairman; John W. <br />Tippin, Vice Chairman; Fran B. Adams; Caroline D. Ginn; and Kenneth <br />R. Macht. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and Patricia <br />Ridgely, Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order. Commissioner Ginn <br />gave the Invocation and Commissioner Macht led the Pledge of <br />Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />County Attorney Vitunac requested the addition of item 12, <br />Comments Regarding Seawall Case. <br />Administrator Chandler requested deletion of item 11.H., FECRR <br />Blanket Utility Crossing Agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously added <br />and deleted the above items to/from the <br />Agenda. <br />PROCLAMATION - MARCH FOR PARKS DAY <br />Chairman Eggert read the following proclamation and presented <br />it to Tim Glover. <br />1 BOOK I � 'AGE.68 <br />April 8, 1997 <br />
