No. 97- 30 <br />WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />Lots 1 thru 25 and that lot shown as "NOT INCLUDED" <br />on the plat of Ponderosa Estates, Unit 1 as <br />recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 81 in the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 60th Avenue south of 45th Street in Ponderosa <br />Estates; heretofore designated as Public Works Project No. 9536 is <br />hereby approved subject to the terms outlined above and all <br />applicable requirements of Chapter 206, et seq. Indian River County <br />Code. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Adams who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded <br />by Commissioner Ginn and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Vice -Chairman John W. Tippin Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Caroline D. Ginn Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R.
