Finney, SRA _► <br />County Right -of -Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: Intersection Improvements, 43rd Avenue and 41st Street <br />DATE: April 11, 1997 <br />Forty feet (401) of additional right-of-way is needed on the <br />northeast corner of 41st Street for intersection widening and <br />resignalization improvements. <br />The property has RS -6 zoning. Two rows of citrus trees (49) are in <br />the additional right-of-way.
