Auction Agreement and Purchase and Sale Agreement— Karlin Daniels <br />and Associates, Inc. <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of April 30,1997: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners/�o <br />FROM: Terrence P. O'Brien, Assistant County Attorney 11 <br />DATE: April 30, 1997 <br />SUBJECT: AUCTION AGREEMENT & PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT <br />The Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of April 22, 1997 <br />selected Karlin Daniels to auction several County surplus properties. <br />The auction agreement with Karlin Daniels and a purchase and sale agreement <br />is attached for consideration and approval. The purchase and sale agreement <br />is to be executed by the Chairman for use at the time of auction which is set for <br />Wednesday, June 4, 1997.
