It was farther ordered that bond in the sum of `c ,000.00 <br />be given by each of the above named Depositories. <br />It was ordered that the Clerk direct a letter to the Board of County Commissioners <br />of St Lucie County, requesting a date for a joint meeting of the Boards for the purpose <br />of effecting a financial settlement between the Counties. <br />It wasm ordered that the regular meetings of this board be held on the first Tuesda <br />in each month, and all special meetings be held upon a call by the Chairman of the Board. <br />The proposition of Joseph H Optner to lease the upstairs of the Seminole Building <br />to the County for one year at a rental of 00.00 per month Vas ordered accepted. <br />The following resolution was introduced by Commissioner Donald Forbes, who moved <br />its' adoption, and was duly seconded by Commissioner J W LaBruce. <br />Be it Resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that <br />under and by authority of Chapter 10690 of the laws of Florida, Aets 1925, it is hereby <br />determined that interest bearing time warrants of Indian River County, Florida, in the <br />aggregate sum of Fifty thousand dollars (;.0,000.) shall be issued as follows: <br />Said time warrants shall be in the denomination of One thousand Dollars each; shall <br />be dated August 15, 1925, and: shall be numbered consecutively from 1 to 50 both inclusive'. <br />The said time warrants shall draw interest at the rate of seven per centum per annum, <br />interest payable semi-annually. <br />Both Dhe principal and interest of said time warrants shall be payable at the offic <br />of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, in the <br />City of Vero Beach, <br />Said time warrants issued under this resolution shall mature and be payable as <br />0 <br />
