County of Indian River <br />5.00 <br />State of Florida. <br />Will pay to the bearer at the office of the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, in the City of Vero Beach, Florida, Thirty-five dollars <br />($35.00) in lawful money of the United States on the 15th day of A D 19 for six <br />months interest then due on Indian River County Time Warr t, Issue No. 1 No.____. <br />Attest: <br />( T, ) <br />o: :oard o Toun y ommiss- <br />s of Indian River County, <br />(SEAL) <br />(SEAL) <br />(SEAL) <br />(sri ) <br />Clerk. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of said County may sell the above time warrants at <br />private sale, or said time warrantsmay be sold to the highest bidder after advertisement <br />for two successive weeks in a newspaper published in said Countyl provided, that no sale, <br />either public or private, of said time warrants shall be for less than ninety-five cents on <br />the dollar. <br />The proceeds of the time warrants provided for herein shall be used for the purpose <br />of: the equipment of the various County offices of said County; the securing of trans- <br />cription of records from St. Lucie County; the securing of road working machinery and other <br />equipment for working the public roads of the County; and for any other lawful County <br />purpose; and the same shall be used in such amounts for each of said purposes as may be <br />determined by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida. <br />It shall be the duty of the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, to assess and levy annually a tax on all the taxable property within said County, <br />for the purpose of obtaining interest and raising a sinking fund for the payment of the <br />time warrants provided for herein, which tax shall be levied, assessed and collected in <br />the same manner as other taxes, and it is hereby made the duty of the said. Board of <br />County Commissioners to levy such special tax annually at the same time other taxes are <br />levied, so long as any of the warrants hereby authorized to be issued may be outstanding and <br />unpaid. <br />Whereupon the roll was called upon the adoption of the said resolution and resulted <br />as follows: Ayes: Commissioners Atkin, Helseth, Forbes, Braddock and LaBruceā€¢ <br />Nsys: None. <br />In accordance with Section 1469 of the Revised General Statutes, the County Com- <br />missioners proceeded to lay out, designate and approve the following as the five Com- <br />missioners Districts lying within Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: - <br />COUNTY C0 ThtISSIONER'S DISTRICT NO.1. <br />Beginning at the South-west corner of Sec. 18 Twp 31 South, Range 38 East, run North <br />to the South-west boundary line of the Flemming Grant; thence North-west on the Flemming <br />Grant boundary line to the line dividing Townships 30 and 31 South, Range 3? East, being <br />the North line of Indian River County; thence East on the County line to the center of'the <br />Sebastian River; thence North-easterly along the center line of the South fork of the <br />Sebastian, River; thence East to the East shore of the Indian River; thence in a Southerly <br />direction along the shore line of said River to the Township line dividing Townships 30 <br />and 31; thence Easterly along.the said Township line to the Atlantic Ocean; thence South- <br />ward along the Atlantic shore line to the South line of Section 14 Township 31 South <br />
