0 - , 5,1,3 <br />Commissioner Ginn stated that she had received calls from citizens on Acacia Road asking her <br />to investigate their concerns regarding the 50 -foot lots involved The City only allows development on <br />a 75 foot lot and most of the homes in that area are built on 2 lot parcels. <br />General Services Director Sonny Dean advised that these lots had been declared surplus <br />property. He checked with the City and was advised these were buildable lots. The sale has already <br />been advertised and we have a contract. <br />County Attorney vtunac advised this problem goes back to the 1950's when the minimum lot <br />size changed. <br />No action taken. <br />SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL DISTRICT <br />The Chairman announced that immediately upon adjournment, the Board will reconvene sitting <br />as the Commissioners of the Solid Waste Disposal District.
