The foregoing recitals are <br />affirmed and ratified in their <br />entirety. <br />2. A project providing for pov. <br />Ing and drainage improvements to <br />6% Avenue south of 45th Street in <br />POnderosa Estates; heretofore des- <br />ignated as Public Works Project <br />No. 9536 is hereby approved sub. <br />lett to the twins outlined above <br />and all applicable requirements of <br />Chapter 206, et. seq. Indian River <br />County Code. <br />The foregoing resolution was <br />offered by Commissioner Adams, <br />who moved its adoption.
