Thompson, P.EC4r <br />Capital Projects Manager <br />SUBJECT: Donald MacDonald Improvements <br />Final Payment and Release of Retainage <br />DATE: May 19, 1997 <br />Construction of the picnic pavilion and boardwalk with fishing pier at Donald MacDonald <br />Park is complete. There were no partial payments on this project so the final payment <br />including retainage is for the total contract amount of $46,750.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION AND FUNDING <br />Staff recommends release of final payment including retainage in the amount of <br />$46,750.00. <br />Funding is from a $50,000.00 FRDAP Grant, Account No. 315-210-572-068.07 <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED BY Commissioner <br />Ginn, the Board unanimously approved release of final payment including <br />retainage in the amount of $46,750 to Summerlins Seven Seas, Inc., as <br />recommended in the Memorandum. <br />7.E.
