500K 101 PACE K2 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-59 <br />3. The Board finds that the properties assessed by this resolution will receive special benefits <br />equal to or greater than the cost of the assessment. <br />4. The County will record the special assessments and this resolution, which describes the <br />properties assessed and the amounts of the special assessments, on the public records, <br />which shall constitute prima facie evidence of the validity of the special assessments. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner T i o a i n and the motion was <br />seconded by Commissioner G i nn and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as <br />follows: <br />Chairman Carolyn K.
