O'Brien, Assistant County Attorney <br />DATE: May 22,1997 <br />RE: ADDITION OF A NEW CATEGORY <br />TO -ORDER -OP BUSINESS <br />The Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of May 20, <br />1997, decided that a new category "Public Notice Items" should be added <br />to the agenda. Since the "Order of Business" is established by ordinance <br />an amendment is necessary. <br />A public hearing date of June 17, 1997, is recommended. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Macht, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Ginn, the Board unanimously approved June 17, 1997 <br />as the public hearing date for the addition of a new category "Public <br />Notice Items", as recommended by staff. <br />7.D.
