Barton erk Car4*ert Ch <br />E ective date: This dinance became effective upon filing with the <br />Department of State which took place onllth day ofJune , 1997. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Adams, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Macht, the Board unanimously adopted Resolution 97- <br />060, as amended, establishing fees and costs for administering <br />dangerous dog requirements. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97---6-L <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />ESTABLISHING FEES AND COSTS <br />FOR ADMINISTERING DANGEROUS <br />DOG REQUIREMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has determined that it is <br />in the public interest to have owners of dangerous dogs bear the expense of <br />administering dangerous dogs requirements; and <br />WHEREAS, these costs have been determined as set forth in Exhibit "A" to <br />this resolution, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />Whenever a dog has been found to be a dangerous dog as defined in <br />Chapter 302, Indian River County Code, the following costs shall be paid by the <br />owner: , <br />1.
