Serv. <br />Risk Mgt. <br />Other <br />As a result of my recent resignation as Sr. Vice President at Indian River Memorial <br />Hospital, I no longer am eligible to represent Indian River County as the provider <br />representative on the Treasure Coast Health Council. Please accept this letter as my <br />formal resignation from that position. <br />I am sure that Barbara Jacobowitz, Executive Director, of the Health Council will be in <br />touch with you shortly to identify a replacement for me. As I indicated to you in my <br />previous letter, the Council has undergone a reorganization which will result in a far more <br />strengthened Board of Directors which will be able to accomplish much more in the area <br />of health planning. I would urge you to give consideration to appointment of a strong <br />provider to appropriately represent the interests of Indian River County. <br />It was a pleasure serving in this capacity for the past four years and I wish you and the <br />other commissioners the greatest degree of success in your future endeavors. <br />Sincerely, <br />�Wt <br />Gerard J.
